What is DailySite used for?
DailySite is a construction site management app for contractors and field crews. Organize projects, daily reports, job site photos, estimates, and invoices from your iPhone or Android phone.
Does DailySite work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. DailySite is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. Use the official store links on this website to check availability for your device and region.
Can my whole crew use one company subscription?
Yes. Starter and Pro include unlimited team members. An administrator shares the company join code with the crew. Projects, reports, and plan allowances belong to the company; adding members does not multiply the allowances.
How many projects does Starter include?
Starter allows up to 10 active projects across the company. Completed, on-hold, and cancelled projects do not currently count toward that active-project allowance. An active sample project does count. Pro has no active-project cap.
How does the 14-day trial work?
A new company starts with a 14-day trial using Starter allowances. You do not need to buy a subscription to start the trial. An administrator can choose a paid plan in the app.
What happens when my trial expires?
Your saved data is retained. Without an active subscription, new projects, daily reports, project photo/file uploads, and AI tools are blocked. Estimates, client records, and invoices currently remain available. Open Account in the app to review your subscription or subscribe.
Where can I see the subscription price?
Open the subscription screen in DailySite. The app shows the store's current price in your local currency before purchase. Prices, taxes, and availability can vary by storefront. The App Store or Google Play manages the purchase.
Can I export estimates and invoices?
Yes. DailySite can generate PDF estimates and invoices for sharing with clients. Review the scope, amounts, tax details, and payment instructions before sending.
Does DailySite collect payment from my clients?
DailySite helps you prepare invoices and record their status. Arrange payment with your client separately and update the invoice when payment is received.
Can I use DailySite without an internet connection?
Plan to use an internet connection for account access, loading project records, uploads, AI tools, and subscription verification. DailySite does not currently promise a complete offline workflow.
